Few establishments better demonstrate the changing face of London brewing than Brodie’s. Founded in 2008 by Jamie and Lizzie Brodie, the beer has improved year on year to the stage where it is now among the most reliable – and reliably hop-focused – in the city. The number of different beers produced is mind-blowing and perhaps the best way to get to grips with the variety is with a visit to the King William IV in sunny Leyton. You won’t regret it.
