Taproom, The

The Taproom

There's a restaurant in Paris called Bones because the interior is stripped back to the ... well, you get the idea. The Taproom is similarly unadorned, but beer traditionalists need not worry: the bar area is a bit more lavishly appointed. There's plenty of good cask ale here (much of it stored in a snazzy cask-cooling cabinet behind the bar), from breweries like Dark Star, Siren, Moor, Ilkley and Oakham. The keg has improved a lot since this place opened, but there are all manner of familiar bottles in the fridge.
